Bio:
Sandy Jaramillo is currently a Senior Process Development Engineer in the Advance Process Technology (APT) group at the TowerJazz Newport Beach site. She received her Ph.D degree in Materials Science and Engineering from UCI in 2013. Her work at UCI focused on corrosion, general and electrochemical characterization of materials. She joined TowerJazz in 2013 as a member of the Diffusion Processing Engineering team and transitioned to the APT group in 2015. Her primary focus is on development and implementation of next generation advanced micro thermal pixel arrays for IR cameras and best in class RF technology for next generation smartphone applications.
